We launched Matey all those years ago in 1958, so we have almost 50 years of experience making sure that bath-time is fun for you and your child! And you don’t need to worry about your little ones’ delicate skin because Matey is specially developed for kids so the formulas are gentle and kind to sensitive skin.

 

Do you remember Matey in its skittle shaped bottle? Sailor Matey was the original Matey character in 1958, and was followed by three additional characters in the 1960’s: Miss Matey, Santa Matey and Rudolph Matey.

 

Over the years we have launched all sorts of fun products for you and your little ones to enjoy, like Snowy Matey and Wizard Matey.

 

Then in 2000 we decided to focus on four characters with a fun nautical theme to make sure that we were making bath time as enjoyable as possible. And so the current range was born… original character Sailor Matey accompanied by Mer-Matey the mermaid, Lucky Matey the pirate parrot and Doctopus Matey the octopus!
